NCAAF - Fix for teams in post season/playoffs not showing correcting next schedule game.
Fix for college sports rankings. They Kept breaking the parse so I separated it to its own and used a new location for the parse. Hopefully this is a permanent fix for team ranks.
Added if there is no next game to parse it disables the skin and displays NO GAME.
