Alright, I made a drawing explaining this "behavior", basically the drawn content is decoupled from what is the meter's bounding box of sorts, this only happens on String meters though. So when you do something relative to the previous meter, it will take the meter's bounding box, not the drawn content.
It's just the order in which I laid out the meter names, I expected the 3rd meter to respect the visual content, but it's not, that was my report :PPersonally, I couldn't follow what exactly 1. 2. 3. meant in terms of expected result, but relative positioning is not that difficult to understand and use to get the desired outcome, IMHO.
