Probably best to have left that it's working on other devices and not your laptop (I'm assuming laptop).
Options:
A) test if you're getting a connection from the router by Ethernet instead of cable. If you're not, can start sending a ping to 127.0.0.1(localhost) via cmd. Wlan adapters (phyical hardware) in laptops can also fail, but seeing as you're still able to see other SSID broadcast, I'd suspect not.
B) start a new windows profile and see if you can connect. If so, remove the new profile. A profile refresh is a quick way of wiping settings while maintaining user data (Google has solid instructions).
